misc/notepadplus/README

Given a Notepad++ installation at <DIR>:

1. Add the contents of userDefineLang.xml at <DIR>\userDefineLang.xml
	between <NotepadPlus> ... </NotepadPlus>
	
2. Copy go.xml to <DIR>\plugins\APIs

3. Restart Notepad++
