static/frontend/search: remove text from symbol search page

Removed based on UXD input:

* Search instead for "package: <query>"
  * It's unlikely the user will want to revert back to searching for
    packages, if they explicitly chose identifiers in the dropdown.
  * This section maybe used instead for symbol search suggestions based
    on future data on what users are actually searching for.

* An identifier is...
  * The description is lengthy and we will update the search help page
    instead.
