internal/frontend: get list of vuln entries concurrently Read all the vuln DB entries concurrently. We arbitrarily set the number of concurrent requests to 4. It's very difficult to benchmark because after the first run, the data is cached somewhere outside the program (local machine buffers or perhaps a CDN) so subsequent calls are fast. But the first run took about 8 seconds sequentially, so this should reduce it to about 2 seconds, which is fine.
