path/filepath: handle \\?\ and \??\ UNC prefixes in VolumeName On Windows, volumeNameLen treated \\.\UNC paths specially so the UNC host and share remained part of the volume name. However, \\?\UNC and \??\UNC are also valid device UNC prefixes, and were previously handled by the generic device-prefix case. As a result, the volume ended at the UNC component instead of including the host and share. Recognize UNC after any supported device prefix and use UNC volume parsing for all of them. Updates #58451.
