[dev.ssa] cmd/compile/internal/ssa: implement write barriers For now, we only use typedmemmove. This can be optimized in future CLs. Also add a feature to help with binary searching bad compilations. Together with GOSSAPKG, GOSSAHASH specifies the last few binary digits of the hash of function names that should be compiled. So GOSSAHASH=0110 means compile only those functions whose last 4 bits of hash are 0110. By adding digits to the front we can binary search for the function whose SSA-generated code is causing a test to fail. If you have just untarred a binary Go distribution, you need to set the environment variable $GOROOT to the full path of the go directory (the one containing this file). You can omit the variable if you unpack it into /usr/local/go, or if you rebuild from sources by running all.bash (see doc/install-source.html). You should also add the Go binary directory $GOROOT/bin to your shell's path.
For example, if you extracted the tar file into $HOME/go, you might put the following in your .profile:
export GOROOT=$HOME/go export PATH=$PATH:$GOROOT/bin
