cmd/compile: adjust logopt to attempt to deal with -trimpath This reverses the operation of -trimpath for URIs emitted into the logopt json. If the -trimpath transformation is not invertible, a bogus and somewhat explanatory path is prefixed instead. This should not come up in normal use, but if it does, the user will get a big pile of bread crumbs. Fixes #80496.
