crypto/x509: don't fail on optional auth key id fields If a certificate contains an AuthorityKeyIdentifier extension that lacks the keyIdentifier field, but contains the authorityCertIssuer and/or the authorityCertSerialNumber fields, don't return an error and continue parsing.
