crypto/x509: triage x509limbo allows This commit updates the allowedUnexpectedVerifications and allowedUnexpectedFailures maps with justification/TODOs for the various test cases in x509-limbo where our produced behaviour doesn't match expected. In many cases these are deliberate choices, but in some others we may want to revisit the implementation in the future.
