runtime: make lockRank an int64 instead of an int Might use more space in staticlockranking experiment on 32-bit systems. But as the major use of this type is in lockRankStruct where we have to pad on 32-bit systems anyway, not a big deal. rwmutex does get bigger, but that's already pretty big. Getting rid of the padding in lockRankStruct makes that type smaller on 64-bit systems. Which is the point of this CL.
