cmd/go: convert tests using testdata/src/syntaxerror to scripts This includes TestMatchesNoTestsDoesNotOverrideBuildFailure and TestErrorMessageForSyntaxErrorInTestGoFileSaysFAIL. Convert the tests that use the testdata/src/syntaxerror directory to the script framework. Part of converting all tests to script framework to improve test parallelism.
