types2, go/types: fix conversion error for pointer to type param During conversion checking, assignableTo probes pointer-to-interface targets to produce a helpful diagnostic. Because type parameters have interface underlying types, that probe also matches targets such as *P where P is a type parameter. Use interfacePtrError when Checker.implements formats this diagnostic so that pointer-to-type-parameter targets are reported accurately instead of as plain pointer-to-interface targets. Add a fixedbugs test for conversions to *P.
