simd/archsimd: add SVE Div FDIV for floats, SDIV and UDIV for 32- and 64-bit integers (there is no 8- or 16-bit encoding). Like Max they are destructive and run under an all-true predicate. Div is not commutative, so its machine ops are resultInArg0 and only a select whose else operand is the dividend folds. Integer division by zero returns 0, and the minimum signed value divided by -1 returns itself. The method docs say so, and the test emulation implements it.
