cmd/compile,cmd/internal/obj/riscv,runtime: use Duff's devices on riscv64 Implement runtime.duffzero and runtime.duffcopy for riscv64. Use obj.ADUFFZERO/obj.ADUFFCOPY for medium size, word aligned zeroing/moving.
