cmd/internal/obj/ppc64: Fix ADUFFxxxx generation on aix/ppc64 ADUFFCOPY and ADUFFZERO instructions weren't handled by rewriteToUseTOC. These instructions are considered as a simple branch except with -dynlink where they become an indirect call.
