acme/autocert: include the domain in the SAN of the CSR

More compliant with the spec and allows autocert to work
with Pebble (see letsencrypt/pebble#304).

Fixes golang/go#39746.

This repository holds supplementary Go cryptography libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/crypto/.... You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/crypto.
