internal/wycheproof: skip truncated SHA-512 RSAPSS tests for boring

On the boringcrypto builder, skip the RSAPSS tests that use the
truncated SHA-512 hashes, since boringcrypto does not support them.

Fixes #52670

This repository holds supplementary Go cryptography libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/crypto/.... You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/crypto.
