content/static/doc: add sections on vendoring to module docs Added "Vendoring" and "go mod vendor". There is a fair amount of overlap between the two. "Vendoring" is intended to describe the concept of vendoring and how to enable it. "go mod vendor" is intended to describe the command. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website
