[x/go.dev] all: remove use of partial function Templates already provide a way to call other templates. Delete partial, which is just a second way that is not as well integrated into HTML sanitizing. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website.
