_content/blog: use Markdown fences in before/after grids

The before/after code examples in the gofix and inliner posts
were raw
elements within HTML grid
s, because
Markdown is not recognized inside a raw HTML block. But CommonMark
ends a raw HTML block at the first blank line, so a ```go fence
separated from the surrounding
tags by blank lines is parsed
as Markdown and rendered as a direct child of the grid, as before.

Convert all 27 such elements to fences, which lets us write the
code without HTML escaping and treats it like every other Go code
block on the site. An HTML comment at the top of each file explains
the blank-line rule.

The rendered HTML is unchanged apart from

in place of
and insignificant whitespace between tags.

Change-Id: I03bba67c60c01b69998408acdf9d9935e0e89996
Reviewed-on: https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/website/+/842286
Reviewed-by: Austin Clements <austin@google.com>
LUCI-TryBot-Result: golang-scoped@luci-project-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com <golang-scoped@luci-project-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com>
",
