cmd/golangorg: remove call to flag.Parse in regtest init func flag.Parse during init is always incorrect (other packages may want to register flags). The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website.
