website: add two missing </div> closing tags

The HTML5 spec states that while some closing tags can be omitted,
<div> elements are not one of them. They must all include a closing
tag.

Fixes golang/go#37075

This repository holds the Go Website server code and content.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website.
