markdown: add markdown rendering for doc/modules.md Using github.com/yuin/goldmark for Markdown rendering. Rendering only happens when ./content/static is generated. ./cmd/golangorg does not need to render anything on request. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website
