content/static: apply various stylistic fixes

+ Adjust the breakpoint in the header nav so that the text
  doesn't overflow at certain widths
+ Change h1-h4 elements to be Work Sans
+ Add a top margin to the footer to give it more space

This repository holds the Go Website server code and content.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/website. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/website.
