[x/go.dev] content: add pkg.go.dev bookmarklet to the about page The pkg.go.dev bookmarklet redirects github, bitbucket, and launchpad links to the pkg.go.dev link regardless of what file you are in the code directory. It uses a regex to find the correct url pathname. Example behavior: https://screencast.googleplex.com/cast/NDYyODAzMjk3NzM3MTEzNnwxOTI5ZGU0ZC1hNg Fixes b/148680571 Fixes golang/go#36929 Change-Id: I7f5ef574c37fc5df27cd7dc466a70342c3bd9d37 X-GoDev-Commit: 4e31d08cfd69689578de55f2ce9dffead24b7910
