[x/go.dev] all: fix firebase redirects for explore,pkg There's a slight nuance to named globs and trailing slashes. This may not end up mattering once we have our final routes, but this is still useful as a proof of concept. X-GoDev-Commit: f783b18c071cc7f99e81f0cca9440dfd8f91275c
