data/reports: update GO-2025-4249 with affected field - Add missing packages field for github.com/golang/vscode-go - This error caused 'cve publish-all' to fail for CVE-2025-68120 because the generated CVE record lacked affected version data, violating the MITRE JSON schema requirement that 'affected' must be a non-empty array.
