  "message": "all: make all of TestLintReports subtests fully concurrent\n\nPreviously, we only use t.Parallel based on reports\u0027 year, meaning that\nreports within the same year are tested serially.\n\nUse t.Parallel for all subtests now to maximize concurrency and make the\ntest complete significantly faster. The amount of subtests that can\naccess the network at a given time are still limited.
