  "message": "go/packages: set GoVersion for packages without a module\n\nPreviously, go/packages set types.Config.GoVersion only for packages\nbelonging to a module (or when an external driver reported a version),\nso packages in GOPATH mode, and standard packages, were type-checked\nwith an empty version, leaving types.Info.FileVersions entries empty.\n\ncmd/go compiles such packages using the toolchain\u0027s own language\nversion (-lang). Do the same, using the version of the go command\nreported by the driver. If the go command is newer than the go/types\nlinked into the application, go/types now reports a \"package requires\nnewer Go version\" error for these packages (including all standard\npackages), just as it already does for modules whose go.mod declares\na newer version; the existing diagnostic advises rebuilding the\napplication.
