  "message": "internal/modindex: fix TestIncrementalNope flakiness\n\nIn TestIncrementalNope, pass 1 builds an initial index\nwith later package versions, and pass 2 adds earlier\npackage versions to verify that Update preserves the later versions.\nHowever, idtests also contains \"bad,guy.com/go\" which only has one\nversion. Skipping i \u003d\u003d 0 in pass 1 caused \"bad,guy.com/go\"\nto be omitted entirely from the initial index and added as a brand-new\npackage in pass 2.
