internal/export/idna: drop trie field from Profiles

The initial implementation of this package appears to have
intended to permit using the Punycode profile (which only
encodes/decodes Punycode) without linking in the Unicode
mapping tables.

It does not appear to be currently possible to use the package
without linking in the Unicode tables, and it isn't clear if
it ever was. The exported Lookup, Display, and Registration
profiles reference the package-level trie. Almost all functions
in reference the package-level trie.

In fact, the only function that uses Profile.trie is
Profile.validateLabel, and it does so only after already
referencing the package-level trie.

Remove the Profile.trie field, since it serves no purpose.

Change-Id: I9b3e2fd66a06fa6fd694abbcd298edec6a6a6964
Reviewed-on: https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/text/+/818801
Reviewed-by: Russ Cox <rsc@golang.org>
LUCI-TryBot-Result: golang-scoped@luci-project-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com <golang-scoped@luci-project-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com>
Reviewed-by: David Chase <drchase@google.com>
Auto-Submit: Damien Neil <dneil@google.com>
",
