unix: add Sysv shared memory support Implements proposed API from https://golang.org/issue/46084. I chose `SysvShmDesc` since it's a clearer name than `SysvShm`. Initially supports Darwin and Linux. This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
