windows: fix constant value of WTD_STATEACTION_VERIFY A 0x01 was mistakenly changed to 0x10. This commit rectifies the issue, while also adding a test to ensure this functionality is behaving as expected. This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
