unix: allow non-padded SockaddrIUCV

This was the intention from the start, but due to a logic error in the
handling of slices the implementation only handled minimum 8 character
strings.

This commit also improves the tests.

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
