unix: add fanotify API on Linux This teaches unix/mksyscall.go about mapping uint64 to syscall arguments, similar to existing handling of int64. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
