unix: add PrctlArg5Ptr

The prctl options PR_SET_VMA/PR_SET_VMA_ANON_NAME and
PR_SCHED_CORE/PR_SCHED_CORE_GET take a pointer as the last
argument. Add a PrctlArg5Ptr variant to support this in Go, rather
than using the unsupported approach of converting a pointer to uintptr.
