execabs: disable tests on ios and js/wasm TestCommand and TestLookPath fail on the js/wasm builder and likely fail on ios as well. Like the tests in internal/execabs, skip them for these platforms. This fixes the js/wasm builder after CL 284753. This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
