cpu: use t.Fatal instead of t.Fatalf The messages contain no format string, so there is no need to use t.Fatalf. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
