unix: add ICMP6_FILTER on solaris Also add IP_RECVTOS and O_DIRECT which were generated when running mkall.sh on SunOS openindiana 5.11. The change in mkerrors.h is necessary to avoid lots of unnecessary ICMP6_* consts being added on solaris. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
