unix: add SysctlClockinfo on OpenBSD OpenBSD (like NetBSD) uses sysctl with struct clockinfo to get clock rate information from the kernel. Add type Clockinfo and the SysctlClockinfo function to query this information. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
