unix: add CPU states constants on netbsd Generated on NetBSD 9.0 Also add the sys/sched.h include in includes_FreeBSD in mkerrors.sh which was missing in CL 244518. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
