unix: add NOSTD syscall numbers on FreeBSD

The syscalls marked as NOSTD are defined in kernel modules that
might be missing on some systems, but are usually present.

Fixes golang/go#27072

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
