Revert "unix: add openat2 for linux"

This reverts CL 227280.

Reason for revert: causes failures on ARM builders

Fixes golang/go#38357

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
