windows: add DLL directory search path manipulation functions A whole class of DLL hijacking attacks can be avoided with a dance like: SetDllDirectory("") SetDefaultDllDirectories(LOAD_LIBRARY_SEARCH_SYSTEM32) For applications who want to opt into this better secure posture, this commit adds the function definitions to do so. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
