unix: add Renameat2 on Linux Renameat2 is Linux-specific and allows to pass an additional flags argument to the renameat syscall. Also add the corresponding RENAME_* flag mask values. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
