unix: fix fsync for read-only files on aix

On aix, the fsync syscall doesn't work on read-only files. Use
fsync_range instead to allow Fsync to work on any file.

Follow CL 254657 which did the same in package syscall.

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
