internal/value: extract Vector and Map logic as separate package The implementation of reflect/protoreflect.NewGoExtension needs to be able to provide a constructor for wrapping *[]T as a protoreflect.Vector. However, it cannot depend on internal/impl since impl also depends on prototype. Extract the common logic of Vector creation into a separate package that has no dependencies on either impl or prototype. This repository is for the development of the next major Go implementation of protocol buffers. This library makes breaking API changes relative to the existing Go protobuf library. Of particular note, this API aims to make protobuf reflection a first-class feature of the API and implements the protobuf ecosystem in terms of reflection.
