pkgsite: remove banner We still believe very much that Black Lives Matter and that the Equal Justice Initiative and other causes are worthy of support. We have made that point. For most users the banner has now faded into the background and goes unnoticed. As part of the overall site revamp merging golang.org with go.dev, remove the banner.
