internal/govulncheck: directly pass flag & pattern to RunGovulncheckCmd This change modifies govulncheck.RunGovulncheckCmd to directly take a mode flag and a pattern for calling govulncheck. RunGovulncheckCmd previously inferred the necessary mode flag and pattern based on the mode passed through. This change will allow for easier comparison between binary and source modes through the ecosystem metrics pipeline.
