all: update golang.org/x/sys

Update golang.org/x/sys to v0.0.0-20221010170243-090e33056c14. This brings
in support for openbsd/ppc64 and openbsd/riscv64.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
