http2: use RFC 723x as normative reference in docs Replace references to the obsoleted RFC 2616 with references to RFC 7230 through 7235, to avoid unnecessary confusion. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net
